Exhibitors not limited to number of entries in competition

Any class of dessert is allowed (cake, cupcake, pie, cookie, brownie, pastry, etc.)

List of ingredients and quantity must be submitted to be considered

Desserts must be delivered between 11am-noon on the day of the event

Desserts must be diabetic-friendly
-

Each entry must consist of dessert for judges and 300 bite-sized samples for public vote

Refrigeration is not available at Leon & Lulu, please plan accordingly

Plates, napkins and forks will be provided

An entry form must be completed for each dessert

Judging based on taste, attractiveness and diabetic friendliness

Decision of the judges is final

Winners announced at 4pm

Prizes awarded to top three finishers in both professional and amateur divisions

10% of sales, all tips and raffle money will benefit Step Out: Walk to Stop Diabetes for the American Diabetes Association. The 2012 walk is scheduled for Saturday, September 15th at the Detroit Zoo.
